Deliveries & Returns


We use Royal Mail delivery services for our orders and aim for all our UK orders to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

From the point of despatch, Royal Mail are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel. Should there be a delay or issue with delivery, please contact for help in resolving the problem. 


We only use compostable and recycled/recyclable packaging materials and kindly ask that you reuse and/or recycle these responsibly. Thank you.

Please contact for a quote on delivery to your country. Please note any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.



We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, to get in touch for a refund. Please email us at to notify us of the products you wish to return, then simply package and send your item back to us. Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Returned items will be reimbursed for the full purchase price upon inspection, assuming they are still in their original condition. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange on any of our products.


To return your products, you should mail your items to: Design Floe, 5/4, 350 Meadowside Quay Walk, Glasgow, G11 6DL, United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the return of a purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer.
